Mom's Birthday

So, today is mom's Birthday. Buddy and I have promised to limit our barking all day. We didn't have time to buy anything (Because neither of us could figure out how to drive the car and get to the mall.) so we are just going to give some extra love. So far the day has started well. We slept till almost 7:30 which is later than usual. Then Mom fixed waffles. we didn't get any but we did get a greenie!!! Mom's booked a massage appointment for 1pm and she's working at home the rest of the day. Yippee!! She has already promised a walk. It feels like our birthdays! We had a really long walk on Sunday and a shorter one on Monday. I love the walks. I just want to go, go, go. Buddy drives me nuts. He has to stop at every bush and smell. It's the same smells as the day before. I keep telling him that and he just keeps stopping. I don't think he can remember anything. We still smell pretty clean. Buddy is starting to get that dog smell already. We sat out in the sun yesterday and the smell started. very doggy. Oh well, I guess it's to be expected.
Okay... gotta go chase a couple of squirrels
