another week.

So.... we are just going to ignore that crazy posting by Buddy. I wasn't scared and hiding in the closet. I was looking for something I had lost. He's the scardy cat.
It was a pretty uneventful week. Mom had her meeting in Fresno on Tuesday and Wednesday which we hate but it does mean we get to see Aunt Rory and Aunt Jane. Mom got home Wednesday night and took us right out for our walk. Yippee!! But then on Thursday it got hot. I don't mean warm, I mean hot. 100 degrees. It's only the middle of May! what is up with that? Mom got home Thursday and said it was too hot to walk. That's not true. Buddy and I were all for it. But she is weak. At 6pm it was down to 90 and at 7pm it was a cool 85. But nooooooo. She said it was still too hot. I was not happy. I refused to sit next to her on the sofa and went into the front room and glared at her. She tried to redeem herself the next morning by taking us out at 8am but I'm still a little mad. Today it is still 100. We went for another morning walk and I have to admit I was panting pretty hard when we got back.
Buddy stinks again. I don't know what he keeps rolling in but man it stinks. Mom claims another bath might happen. I think it's a hopeless cause. he just stinks again the next day. When we went to the park today, he tried to climb a tree. No lie. This squirrel ran out right in front of us and up a tree and buddy tried to follow. I swear if mom didn't have a hold of his leash he would have been up that tree. Buddy was crazy! When he gets like that I just try to bite his neck. I don't know why. It just makes me feel better.
Ok... that's it. Nothing too exciting but I didn't want my fans to be wondering what was happening on Sunwind way.
I'm going to go bark at something just to bother mom.
